Foo Fighters Concert & Holiday Inn Hotel Melbourne – Travel Blog

Last weekend Craig and I joined 70,000 others at Etihad Stadium for the Foo Fighters concert here in Melbourne.  We’d palmed the kids off for the night so we thought we’d make a night of it and book a hotel in town. Twilight concerts at Melbourne Zoo

Last month Craig and I and a few friends, went to one of the twilight concerts that are held at the Melbourne Zoo, lovingly known as Zoo twilights! They are held on the lawns near the rotunda closer to the rear entrance. On this occasion we saw Bernard Fanning, there are various others playing over the summer season on selected dates including James Reyne, Sarah Blasko, Paul Kelly, Spiderbait, Village People & The Cat Empire. My Liebster Award – Our3kidsvtheworld

I was very surprised to receive a Liebster Award from Erika at Ever-changing Life of a Mum. I had seen her blog pop up a couple of times recently but with getting ready to return to school this week I haven’t had a lot of time to read other blogs, concentrating on writing and posting my own.  I have since learnt that Erika is a local (Melbourne based) mum with an awesome post about getting rid of head lice!
