On our last night with Naturally Langkawi we were treated to a Langkawi sunset dinner cruise on the Blue Dolphin departing from the Royal Langkawi Yacht Club with NAAM Adventures. We had already spent a full day with NAAM Adventures on Paradise Island 101 so we knew that this cruise would be top notch.
Our first day with Naturally Langkawi took us to the amazing Kilim Geoforest Park, one of the top things to do in Langkawi. Kilim Geoforest Park is part of the wider Langkawi Geoforest made up of Kilim and two other parks. We only visited Kilim, the coastal mangrove forest on this visit.
Langkawi’s Skycab is the number 1 tourist attraction on the island and I can see why, the views from the viewing platform are amazing and certainly worth the 30 minute ride in the SkyCab to the top. The Skycab isn’t just about the ride though, there’s plenty to do up there and you could easily spend a whole day wandering.
During our stay in Langkawi we were treated to a special activity. We spent most of the day at what I suppose you’d call a day resort, Paradise Island 101. This 2.5 acre man-made island just outside Telaga Harbour is owned and run by Naam one of the main tour and activity operators on Langkawi. It’s been open for around 18 months but only to private bookings as it’s only 90% complete, they hope to have it open to the public by the end of the year.
