Eden is a lovely small town on the southern coast of NSW close to the border of Victoria and a little below Narooma and the Sapphire Coast. From Melbourne where we live, its a 7 hour drive. Eden is famous for the humpback whale migration to the northern warm waters of QLD to calf. They then return to Antarctica at the end of winter with their calves close by. This migration takes place during the Australian winter months. (more…)
Craig & I decided (well I decided!) mid last year, that the weather in Melbourne is too unpredictable for a nice warm holiday for the Christmas/ New Year break. We have spent plenty of New Years Eve’s shivering on the Great Ocean Road so this year we decided we would hit the road for the all Australian road trip!! (more…)
