On the weekend I attended the Adventure Travel Film Festival held in Bright, Victoria every February. This was the first time I’d attended the festival and honestly the main draw card for me was Tony Wheeler, the founder of Lonely Planet, who was presenting early on Saturday morning.

For the second time in 12 weeks, we decided to park our camper trailer at Porepunkah, approximately 6kms from Bright in the Victorian high country. Bright is one of my favourite towns in Victoria as its such a pretty place, this time of year though its very busy. Porepunkah is my favourite place to go camping near Bright, just far enough away from the craziness but easy to still get in to town.
